The technical and administrative body of the Union, and is headed by the Secretary General, who is appointed by the Board of Directors for a term of four years and the Board has the right to reappoint him.

The Secretary General shall manage the work of the Union and implement the decisions of the General Assembly and the Board of Directors. He carries out all technical tasks to preserve and develop the interests of the Union.
