The World Union of Arab Bankers (WUAB), is an Arab regional organization founded in Morocco on 26/04/2006, based on recommendation from the board of directors of the Union of Arab Banks (UAB).

WUAB is the sister organization of the union of Arab banks (UAB) established upon its recommendation and support. This union is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that enjoys by virtue of presidential decree number 18109, the privileges immunities and exemptions extended to regional and international organizations operating under the United Nations.

WUAB is a non-profit, non-governmental organization, whose sole purpose is to unify Arab bankers under one operating entity in order to insure banking literacy in the Arab Banking Community. Members consist of Arab leaders in economics and finance, influential banking pioneers, financial experts, successful business men and entrepreneurs but above all bankers; WUAB aims to establish links between said members strengthening their cooperation serving their mutual interests.
